Spring Break Strength & Conditioning 2-Day Program for Baseball or Softball with Hub 44’s Coach Matt

Tuesday April 11th & Thursday April 13th
-Baseball Ages 10-12: 9am-10am
-Baseball Ages 13-15: 10am-11am
-Softball Ages 10-12: 11am-12pm
-Softball Ages 13-15: 12pm-1pm

Spring Break Strength & Conditioning Training for Baseball & Softball is a 2-Day Program with Hub 44’s Coach Matt. This program will condition players by using exercises designed to improve momentum and reactivity specific to the game of baseball and softball. The sessions will target footwork, arm elasticity and upper body strength, and leg strength and quickness. Players will learn in a fun and instructive environment through skill stations as well as fun competitive athletic conditioning games. The program will take place at Hub 44’s indoor turf facility.
